Many constituents have raised concerns about the challenges posed by the current outdoor dining structure.

Issues such as reduced parking availability, narrower rows, and the difficulties faced by first responders and sanitation services navigating the area have been repeatedly mentioned.

And this is like an ongoing problem.

They can't maneuver the the trucks around the structure that exists in the street.

I understand the potential benefits of a sidewalk cafe, and I'm open to the idea.

I would like to hear from the applicant about their willingness to consider foregoing the existing outdoor dining structure in favor of the sidewalk cafe license as having having both will exacerbate the issues we're currently seeing.
0:13:06
So I look forward to hearing more from the applicant on how they plan to address these challenges.

And and, again, I wanna thank you, Chair Bradley, for allowing me to speak.
