The project includes plans for improvements to the surrounding area, particularly focusing on sidewalk repairs and street enhancements.

And DOT is proposing improvements to this area, which they anticipate to begin at the end of 2025, beginning of 2026.

So we believe we're in alignment with the improvements and who are willing to work with DOT on the improvements, which include reconstructed sidewalks.

And even if DOT does not proceed with the improvements on east side of 12th Avenue, the sidewalk, the applicant has volunteer to improve those sidewalks on its own if need be.
