The proposed development at 2390 McDonald Avenue is an eight-story building with a mix of commercial and residential spaces. The project aims to provide a significant number of housing units, including affordable options.

- 17,000 square feet of commercial flooring on the ground floor
- 74,000 square feet of residential space with 80 units
- 24-28 affordable units, including newly added 3-bedroom affordable units

It'll have about 17,000 square feet of commercial flooring at the ground floor and about 74,000 square feet above 80 units of housing, which will be approximately 24 or between 2428 units will be affordable.

They asked us to add 3 bedroom affordable units into the development.
