Council Member Abreu inquires about potential businesses interested in the proposed commercial space. While formal marketing hasn't begun, the panel discusses potential uses based on the location's characteristics.

  • A bike shop has been considered for the south end of the building
  • The location is seen as ideal for cyclists traveling along 12th Avenue and up to the George Washington Bridge
  • There is high interest in the location due to its position along popular cycling routes
