I'm concerned So just having only 5 days to submit the paperwork, it's I think we would all agree a a complex process to actually submit a a claim.
1:09:37
Are there, you know, having documents notified, etcetera, have you thought at all along with the reduced time frame to streamline or simplify the process to submit a complaint?
1:09:49
Would that be a a part of that trade off in the reduced time frame?
Rohit T. Aggarwala
1:09:54
Look, as as I said, we have been working very hard to figure out how to make this entire system as efficient and simple as possible.
1:10:05
Any increase in simplicity reduces our workload, improves our performance, streamlines our own operations as well.
1:10:14
I I think one of the things that we have been working on is whether there is an app that we could develop that would simplify a lot of that.
1:10:23
As you know, government agencies aren't always the best at developing apps, and so we are working on it, but it is a bit of slow going.
1:10:33
But look, I would be very interested in working with the committee if there are ideas for how we can make it easier to submit.
Lincoln Restler
1:10:43
I appreciate that.
Rohit T. Aggarwala
1:10:44
In any ways, but if if I could finish, in ways that are consistent still with the successful determinations at oath.
1:10:52
Because frankly, I think one of the things that that repeatedly gets lost here is that we are playing a role of quality control.
1:11:02
And just as we would not let one of our air inspectors submit a complaint that we think would violate case law
James F. Gennaro
1:11:11
Mhmm.
Rohit T. Aggarwala
1:11:11
Would be dismissed.
1:11:12
We do the same quality control here.
1:11:14
This is not the same as 311 complaints.
