Current status of RAD/PACT conversions in NYCHA

Council Member Erik Bottcher inquires about the current number of NYCHA apartments that have undergone or are in the process of RAD/PACT conversion. Gillian Connell from NYCHA's Real Estate Development Department provides the following information:

So right now, we have just over 21,000 apartments that have converted to packed, and we have 37,000 apartments overall that are at some stage of the process, including planning and engagement.
