I think that's very important because, you know, the I I don't believe anybody, tenancy, should be determined based off of not signing a lease onto a program that definitely has shown that is, you know, has has not been working for the residents and somebody's and these Rad Pak conversions.

Do you know of any how many evictions have occurred at pack developments and whether they're related to rent a raise?

So overall, we've had 78 evictions at pack sites that result from nonpayment.

Do you know any evictions that have occurred because of residency, the not signing over to the Rad Pak program or a section 8 lease?

So evictions would not happen because a resident has lost their rights.

So they have the right to legal counsel as they're contemplating signing their lease, and we encourage them to to work with legal counsel, including with legal aid to understand all the nuances of the lease before they sign.
