Number 1 on the pops.
1:04:51
Is it the law that pops are supposed to have bathrooms, or does it depend on each contract?
1:04:55
Do you know?
Ya-Ting Liu
1:04:57
I believe it depends on each contract.
Gale A. Brewer
1:04:59
So can we should we change this that every pop should have a bathroom?
Ya-Ting Liu
1:05:03
That is something that we are talking to department of city planning about in terms of the way that they set up incentives.
1:05:11
As I understand, the council member, the tools at council at DCP's disposal, is incentives and not mandates, but would love to further sort of explore that if there's a way to put a finer point on that.

I think I must admit that would make it a lot easier because they're very I don't know where they are, and there's a map.
1:05:30
I know.
1:05:30
Manhattan, there are many.
1:05:32
And there are many people that could take advantage of them.
1:05:34
I don't know when you have a pops where there is about them if there's any in Cigna or any indications, public space.
1:05:40
You know, the ones that I know that are in the sixties, they do have bathrooms because they have inside space.
1:05:47
But then there are many, of course, that are public parks and they may or may not have.
1:05:51
So that would be worth exploring.
