Before the panel, I just do wanna say we have 2 important birthdays today that I'd like to take a moment on the record to wish our council chief of staff, Jeremy John, a very happy birthday.

And vocal New York is celebrating their 25th anniversary today, so I wanna wish them a very happy birthday or anniversary as well.

We have Laura Ringelheim, the executive deputy commissioner at Decast, Yachting Liu, the inaugural chief public realm officer, Joe Morrisrow, deputy commissioner of NYC 311, who has led 311 for 18 years.
