I just said, so yesterday, we just relaunched our homeowner informational web page on HPD site.
2:08:09
It builds on a lot of work, actually, that Jenny and Steven, who is our assistant commit our acting assistant commissioner for homeownership opportunities and lives CLT.
2:08:18
So if you ever wanna talk CLT, Steven's your guy.
2:08:23
Oh, so it's we had a couple years ago without our homeowner manual, which many of your offices were key in getting the word out, served gone to the hands of thousands of people, both hard copy and digital.
2:08:34
We have now revamped and bandoned that resource manual.
2:08:39
It's gonna be coupled with the expansion of the homeowner homeowner help desk.
2:08:43
And the the the key here is that as an individual homeowner, going to that website to find out or our perspective homeowner, going to that website to find what training, what classes are available, what city and state resources, because the city has a home down payment assistance program, but also the state has a down payment assistance program up to a $100,000.
2:09:04
So this is us working together.
2:09:06
And then focused on the technical assistance moving forward, calling our homeowner help desk.
2:09:13
There is someone who will make a referral to a technical adviser where they'll talk through your problems and figure out what the right referrals will be.
2:09:21
And I know that there are additional programs coming out of our work with the council as well.
2:09:26
So we're appreciative of the funding and efforts and investments you're making toward helping in perspective and current home homeowners.
