And we're really grateful to Ali Forney as I mentioned in my testimony for for bringing this to us and to for partnering with us to continue improve our practice.

One of the the main areas of focus for Alephonia and what they were seeing in the RHI providers was the work of our child protective teams and making sure that they were being as affirming as we are expecting everyone in our system to be.

And so we have taken some of the successes from other parts of our system and begun to implement them in trauma protection.

All trauma protection staff already have been provided the foundational training and do the training every 2 years.

But specifically, we're adding champions point people in each of our borough offices.

Are gonna convene them much like we do with the foster agencies and promote best practices through that.

They both many advocates, and we're gonna engage Alephony and the RHI providers in making sure our updated policies are sufficiently strong.
