In any instance where there's a concern about the treatment of a young person or family, it should be immediately brought to their attention so they can be appropriately addressed.

ACS continues to have LGBTQI plus point people identified champions in our fall secure provider agencies.

These point people are empowered and trained to report any complaints or concerns.

This past summer, our colleagues at the Alephonics Center approached ACS with their experience, which brought to bear that their additional efforts that ACS needed to make both internally and with our providers and throughout the trial offer continuum.
