Oh, so we're utilizing the annual reporting as a one tool to assess the agencies implementation of language access.

Currently, the local authorities sets different metrics on what to be reported on the annual report such as the 311 complaint.

That's another good metric tool that we're trying to figure out how to make it more accessible and usable for our assessment of their implementation of language access.
