Hi, Dan Steinberg from operations.

I'm happy to elaborate on the nature of our of our work together, but just wanted to point out from a data perspective, I think your point is very well received to if you look at the MMR, for instance, there are dozens of indicators that speak to the volume of interpretation services, and they're very valuable.
0:49:15
In the sense that you get, you know, an immediate command over, you know, which agencies are doing the most interpretations for which services, and and you see the ebbs and flows, and you see this ability to adjust to to new demand.
0:49:32
And and in the last fiscal year, the the report was sort of remarkable and that and that some agencies increased translation, completed request for translation services, 20 to 50% higher than they've done previously.
0:49:45
Or with 311, the the the really remarkable number was the amount of service requests that they fielded in languages other than English and Spanish.
0:49:54
And so you see these really important trends.
0:49:57
But I think as you're implying, you're right that they speak much more clearly to volume rather than quality.

And and so I, you know, I do wanna point out that all of these indicators, the local authority report, of course, annual, but these indicators are pushed out quarterly through our website on the Dynamic Meijer's management report.

But I think there is some consensus here that that the the data in in terms of its ability to speak to the quality and comprehensiveness around, you know, complying to the spirit of of these local laws.

I I think there is a rooting for progress there, and that's our focus.
