That's that's fair.
2:18:51
I was I trying to make sense of the world when you read the reports.
2:18:56
So I I hear that.
2:18:57
In terms of Excuse me.
2:19:11
One quick second.
2:19:21
Is there I think I think you may have noted this earlier, so forgive me if I didn't catch it.
2:19:26
But did you did you say you were developing some kind of dashboard or database around, like, tracking across?
Young Kwon
2:19:37
Yeah.
2:19:38
As mentioned, like, we will we will love to work with the mayor's office of operation to develop a concrete measurement and metrics around language access.
2:19:48
And we really honor and value transparency.
2:19:52
So we would want to make these data public in the future, and we would love to yeah, collaborate to strengthen the monitoring system.
Alexa Avilés
2:20:02
So I appreciate your love for it, but what I'd like to know is is this actually something that is being pursued in earnest?
Kenneth Lo
2:20:13
As you mentioned, like, the this relationship with operations is developing.
2:20:18
The first step is taking a look at the existing MMR metrics and seeing where language access roughly fits in beyond the the specific metric on interpretation.
2:20:33
Now that's sort of, like, the beginning, but this is a deliberate focus on engaging around those those metrics.
2:20:45
You know, we have collaborated started to collaborate more directly around the local auth 13 monitoring.
2:20:54
About what that looks like.
2:20:56
There's self collaboration too on delivering upon that and engaging with the agencies.
2:21:02
And so those two threads together will are leading towards serve the basics around a a dashboard.
2:21:13
Certainly, internally, where we can build that out just in conjunction with MMR to make it more public.
2:21:19
We'd like to do so.
2:21:21
We'd look at examples from other cities where they do have some public information on dashboards and want to be able to have that kind of transparency into advanced language access.
