So the so in terms of, like, I I guess, would just take tray capacity for training linguists.
2:13:40
So when an organization lists 20 languages, you're you're assessing whether they actually have capacity in house to be able to to manage each of those 20 languages?
2:13:53
Are you prioritizing the 10 city wide?
2:13:56
How are how are you kind of assessing that?
Young Kwon
2:13:59
Yeah.
2:14:00
For the selected CBOs, the language we did look at the languages because we are interested in some of the the emerging language needs.
2:14:09
Yeah.
2:14:09
However, that wasn't our We we did want to focus on the language industry standards as well.
2:14:18
So for example, for a refugee translation project, they had a way of selecting their interpreters and translators.
2:14:27
They made sure that they're hiring a linguist who had previous experience as linguist and education level that that that requires that form of work.
2:14:41
So we thought that was kind of on par with the the standard that we were looking for.
Alexa Avilés
2:14:49
Got it.
2:14:49
That's very helpful.
2:14:50
