So so does Moya have plans to advance these kinds of recommendations that could materialize improvements in services or, like, when when do we get there?
1:02:05
Because we're in year 7.
Kenneth Lo
1:02:09
Yes.
1:02:09
I I would say, internally, we have thought about this.
1:02:13
We've we've wanted to do this work better with the agencies, and we have a list of items that we would love to work with counsel on as also potential amendments to book a lot 30.
Alexa Avilés
1:02:30
So are you suggesting that the that this program cannot be improved through the administration of it that it requires a policy change?
Kenneth Lo
1:02:44
No.
1:02:45
I appreciate that.
1:02:47
When we take language access, seriously?
1:02:50
Yeah.
1:02:50
Yes.
1:02:50
It is.
1:02:51
We we work with agencies to improve this.
1:02:57
Local R30 is a broad baseline.
1:03:03
Agencies look for more explicit guidance.
1:03:10
The law is a very useful tool in driving agents toward So in particular, more than others.
1:03:17
Mhmm.
1:03:18
There was some agencies, you know, they really do have advanced language access to improve their on their missions.
1:03:28
Others are are slower.
1:03:33
We work from our end to make sure that agencies have the resources and guidance that can help them move forward.
1:03:44
We're working on the monitoring side.
1:03:48
I think it does it does take both work on our end and, of course, on the end of the agencies.
1:03:54
So improving the lawn, improving the monitoring systems, improving the resources in place, closing, like, improving the feedback loops, all of these things, I think, would help advanced language access.
