I am I am I'm a huge proponent of transparency.
2:21:42
That's for sure, but making sense of the datas and having accessible data is is really important.
2:21:48
So are there are there have you developed Obviously, you're collaborating and exploring.
2:21:55
Have you developed a a work plan that determines any kind of, like, milestones over the next 2 years on what you'd like to see happen if you could talk a little bit more specifically about that?

You.
Dan Steinberg
2:22:11
Thank you.
2:22:12
And I do just to recognize Francisco, the environment, excuse me, who's run the the the last program was the secret chapter program, which is our most immediate kind of contribution to to the work aside from the general compliance oversight and the technical assistance when needed.
2:22:28
I just wanna point out that that, you know, we really do believe in transparency as a as a sort of engine toward improvement.
2:22:36
And and I really wanna credit Francisco.
2:22:40
You know, he's run the last program, but the city never published its data until we did pro actively and and without any reporters noticing or council members or lawyers, you know, we we determined that it was not only subject to open data law, but that without the public having information around which sites fell short on which criteria, then there wasn't the ability for the public to hold the city accountable.
2:23:08
So, you know, in fact, when reporters or the council have data points you know, like only 60% had signage.
2:23:16
We're proud to put that data into the world, and we know that that sort of transparency is is politically challenging, but required, you know, for improvement.
2:23:27
So that's all to say that just started to really formalize our data practices around this work.
2:23:33
The first step was creating, you know, a a predictable complete file for the public to access an open data.
2:23:41
And from there, we have the ability to to really use this data as a basis for analysis and and and and for performance management.
2:23:49
And and so that's we're very excited to take in that step forward.
