Today, we will be voting on a number of items recommended by Suwaz by his own sub committee as always, I would like to thank Chair Riley and Chair Hanks for their ongoing leadership.

Today, we will vote to approve our use 1323136 relating to the MSK Pavilion Project and Council member members district in Manhattan.

As Cheer Riley described in detail on our sub committee vote, this project includes 5 related language actions, which together will facilitate.

The zoning committee voted earlier today on this application following a statement under record by Caso Emma Holden detailing the many concerns he has raised throughout this process.
