So I think in addition to what miss Merrill said about, you know, ensuring that family members are aware of the patient relations pathway seems to be an important intervention.
2:03:51
I THINK GOING BACK TO HOSPITALIZATION, A LOT OF THE FAMILIES OR SOME OF THE FAMILIES SPOKE TODAY, DISCUSSED FRUSTRATION DIFFICULTY GETTING HOLD OF THE HOSPITAL STAFF.

WHAT WE'VE DONE IN RESPONSE TO THAT IS TRY TO BE IN VERY CLOSE connection with hospital staff, not only for coordination of care, but also to provide any information we have about NextGen.
2:04:11
And if through patient relations or through other means, we're informed by family members that they're having difficulty reaching hospital staff, then we will assist in that process.
2:04:18
So that is something that we've been operationalizing and, you know, trying to make sure it's happening.

So
Diana I. Ayala
2:04:24
is it a policy that the hospital has to notify the family?
2:04:28
Is is that a written policy somewhere?
2:04:30
Or is this just an assumption that you're making that they are making that call?
Bipin Subedi
2:04:34
I think it depends on the clinical situation and whether or not a patient is able to express their wishes and also what type of consent is on file.
2:04:42
So it depends on the situation at hand.
2:04:46
But in general, if a patient would like the hospital speak to a family member, yes, that is part part of the hospital procedure to support that.
Diana I. Ayala
2:04:54
Alright.
2:04:55
I don't think I'm getting.
2:04:56
Okay.
2:04:56
Thank you.
