Commissioner Do provides an update on the implementation of Local Law 336 of 2024, which allows for in-vehicle advertising in for-hire vehicles (FHVs). He discusses the progress and next steps in the rulemaking process.
- TLC held a public hearing in August on the implementation of in-vehicle advertising
- In response to public testimony and input from the council, TLC will publish revised rules for an additional public hearing

Another important regulatory change is the implementation of local laws, 336 of 2024, sponsored by council member, Ferrios, which allow for in vehicle advertising and FHVs.
