When I when I start work with Uber, I was pretty new in this app system.

I was not aware that Uber policy that if customer complained about driver, Uber turned his money.

Unfortunately, within 1st week, I got too back to back complaint in which one customer stated I hit another car.

When Uber contacted with me I showed them all around picture of my card mean it was false, allegation.

But I do not know Uber policy after viewing, they still put me on risk and later deactivated my account.

Since then, I'm working with Lyft I done almost 15 plus rides, not a single safety complaint about me.
