And you mentioned several resources that are available to help rate rate payers if they're DV, but to help property taxpayers to reach DOF, how do you advertise these resources?
Annette Hill
1:36:44
It's on our website.
1:36:45
It's also every notice that
Pierina Ana Sanchez
1:36:47
Something that's on our website is not an advertisement.
1:36:49
That just exists.
1:36:50
How do you is there anything that Department of Finance does proactively to tell the public about the resources?
Annette Hill
1:36:58
We have we have external affairs that actually go out and do talk town halls with the work of council, very close with council, to tell them about the benefits that's available to us to them and have it update their addresses.
1:37:16
Every mailing we sent, we put in information as to the resources that's available for finance and have it contact us.
1:37:28
I'm trying to think of what else to make sure we give all the right information.
1:37:34
Yeah.
1:37:34
And we also work very closely with our partners of the HPD, to make sure they have to if there's information they have, if they have in an outreach, we will work with them with an outreach to make sure we're reaching our customers.
