Have you heard similar or what I've been hearing about processing times and the fact that, you know, people would there's still 94100 New Yorkers in the last year that submitted paper applications despite the 6 s of the portal.
2:53:39
Is that something that you're hearing where they're choosing to do 1, you know, the paper application versus the portal for maybe security reasons or just just the

length of time it takes?
2:53:49
Yeah.
2:53:50
We have heard a lot of challenges with what is happening in terms of enrolled students and then what the actual portal expresses.
2:53:59
So for example, we heard from one provider that said, we have 28 kids who are enrolled, but then we get something from the portal that says that they're not, and then they get an email saying that they're not enrolled.
2:54:08
So there's a lot of back and forth that if there's a better integration between the providers and the systems, it can help parents not be as confused, and it helps providers not be as much on the, you know, trying to interface between the the technology and the family.

So there is a lot of delay in kind of a lack of communication despite many of the positive steps forward that the portal has been undergoing.
