I can't speak to the what was the reasoning behind that.

All I know is that we that as far as where where I sit is to make sure that where we didn't have transparency in busing, that we will be able to achieve that through through nice bus, and they will show us the way to help us have transparency with the other bus companies, but the political reasons I can't help.
