As part of modernization efforts, the NYC Department of Education launched a new school bus tracking app powered by Via. This app allows parents to track their child's bus in real-time, improving communication with families.

While there is more work to be done, our team has made important progress as part of our effort to to modernize our system and improve our communication with families, we launched New York City school bus app powered by Via, which lets parents track their child bus in real time.
