I do have one question.
0:45:45
The borrower president recommended a 30% MWA contracting goal.
0:45:49
Does HPD have targets for reaching the MWA goal for contracting?
Jack Heaney
0:45:56
So both HPD and the developer team and the contractor team who's with us today intend to meet and exceed that goal of 30%.
0:46:03
And we'll be working in partnership actually with the Thomas White Foundation.
0:46:06
Brian, I don't know if you wanna say a few words about your job training programs.

The Thomas White Jr Foundation, Formic JCAP Foundation, founded by a city councilman, Thomas White, the late Thomas White, has been involved in a community empowerment for over 40 years.
0:46:26
We are currently providing OSHA training and also computer professional training classes to the residents of the community to help them win a lot of the economic development that is going on in Southeast Queens.
0:46:40
Right now, As a member of the JFK B to Belmont project, we are putting people on a list of job placement list for the JFK project, do that.
0:46:52
And, also, we are working with our developer team to make sure that the members of the community that can meet to help build out projects both hours and the Guardian get the opportunity to do so.
0:47:05
So we are reaching out to the community, and we do have outreach program for that and a training program for that.
