The gross square footage of the site a is approximately 42,000 square feet.

The ground floor will be activated by Guardian Fellowship's new home, which will be make 4000 square feet on the ground floor and cellar, interior recreation spaces for the senior residents, as well as an outdoor garden space that's adjacent to the project.
