- Mix of 1 and 2-bedroom units
- Affordability levels range from 40% AMI to 75% AMI
- Part of a larger 14-building, 116-unit project with a tiered affordability structure

So to give you a unit mix, like I said, we are not changing the unit count.
0:16:10
We have from those 4 building 12 units, there's 91 bedrooms.
0:16:16
There is 32 bedrooms for the total of 12, and that's what it will look like after the renovation.
0:16:23
If we look at the AMIs, the units that are currently occupied will be at 40% AMI, which is 5 units, and the baking units will be at 75% AMI, which is 7 units minutes.
0:16:42
Oh, we can move 2 slides, please.
0:16:47
So, yeah, that's why I was talking about the EMI.
0:16:49
And here, just to give you an overall of the project, like I'm saying is 14 buildings.
0:16:53
It's a scattered around many neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and we are it's 6 a 116 units in total.
0:17:03
And from those, we're looking at almost half of 10 being at 40% AMI.
0:17:08
That's our strong, you know, number.
0:17:10
And then we see at 24 units are gonna be at 50% AMI.
0:17:16
14 units will be at 60%, 14 at 70, and 7 at 75 with 1 super unit.
0:17:23
We the plan has been to do that tiered, so there's a broader spectrum of residents that could move into those units.
0:17:32
And total, like I said, it's a 116 units, the whole project.
0:17:39
That's it?
0:17:40
Mhmm.
