The unit mix will include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with a heavy concentration on family sized units at 78% of the units being family sized units.

And long term affordability will be insured with a 40 year article 11 real estate tax exemption that is called terminus with the 4 year regulatory period and all whole ownership units will be available to HPD's Housing Connect 2.0.
