How to how to and I I and I I appreciate the the nuances because this is a complicated conversation we're all having right now.
0:15:52
But but is is the belief that there won't be a DOB or FDNY regulations that will follow to then answer those questions?
0:16:01
Is is that the concern that there won't be or or because It's my sense that, like, if we authorize them, then the DOB will be required in the fire department and other agents who are required to actually take action to address some of those issues.
Oudeshram “Raj” Rampershad

I think there'll be there will be a regulation.
0:16:16
I just don't know how fast the city agencies will work together to make sure a plan like this is successful.
0:16:22
And I know they were they were anticipating just a small increment of additional dwelling units to these ADUs, but it would be great to see that sexual law already been implemented for this.
0:16:34
Right?
0:16:34
Like right now, because if this does get approved in December and they in January and people in the professional community start filing, I just don't know how DOB who react, how they review the applications, you know, that was one of the things I was bringing up with them.
