I believe that as a agency, any agency in the in the city of New York, to my knowledge, It's not the right practice to just go to the public, go to the press, and talk about certain private issues, internal issues of the of the CCRB, or NYPD, unless there is something wrong with it.

So I beg to differ that if this was an issue of this this case, the which you just mentioned, I think there should have been more communication whatever Arvara Rice wanted from the police department the NYPD should have provided that.
