I I the whole idea, I know we need housing.
0:17:10
And I know the home the the besides the amount of homeless that are in the city of New York, which is I remember when I was in the community board, we were talking about 60,000, then about the 70, 80, 90, then you're talking about families, children, And I think there needs to be an opportunity to create more affordable housing, and I truly hope it's more affordable.
0:17:29
Because one of the things I could I'm always concerned with is these jobs get approved, and I don't know what really gets built out there.
0:17:36
And it's a big concern as you can see by the number of people that is out in the street.

But I do feel like the plan can help generate additional affordable housing and create and and create an opportunity.
0:17:49
Both, I guess, in the in the private sector for developers building and people to have an opportunity to find hopefully find new homes within the community that they live in.
