I'm speaking, I guess, out of terms because I I think the agency needs to really look at how to make that easier for homeowners for every an everyday person to be able to go through it, whether that and maybe they could do more seminars, more more or create more events to help train and teach people, how to navigate and how to create how to go in and try to find place within your community.
