The other thing I was very vocal about also was the the transit.
0:13:56
I also requested that city planning put those maps on Zola.

So as everyone has access to it to know because I don't know if I'm in a transit zone.

the transit oriented development.

I'm sorry.
0:14:06
Yes.
0:14:07
They both the inner and outer because there's certain areas that are considered in a transit zone, but there's a train that's only running every 45 minutes, 48 minutes.
0:14:15
And I I you know, I can't imagine someone coming home waiting 40, 45 minutes and having, you know, to commute that way.
0:14:24
But my biggest issue, I said, was with the ADUs.
0:14:27
And and they know how I felt about it.
0:14:30
And to me, I personally said that I think that it should be removed, the detached ones.
0:14:35
Even the ones where they allow you to convert your attic or a basement into an apartment, I think the the code requirements should be more clear, and I didn't see that.
0:14:45
And that's what was my main concern with that, and that's why I was voice in my opinion about that.
