The 42nd council district is a unique district, and particularly, we've been known to have many things in it.

In my district, and as having been fueled by those who traffic and exploit young women at times with dangerous consequences, including violent incidents, which include homicides.
0:52:46
This bill will serve as another tool to help combat the illegal trafficking of young women and the violence that this trade brings with it.
0:52:54
It will show the families who complain to my staff day in and day out day in and day out about having to observe the signs of the illicit activities that had taken place at these establishments while taking their children to school in the morning, which sometimes is being done to improve the quality of life in their community.
