Because licensing is a very common and effective tool to bring industries under regulatory purview cities all across the country license hotels, have you had the opportunity to talk to other cities to learn best practices?

I think somewhere mentioned such as Boston, DC, I think as this further flushes out, we would wanna have conversations with those folks to understand the best mechanisms for implementation.

Although, of course, I I know I know we all know that New York City is is distinct in its own way and its size, but I I always think that understanding best practices from the municipalities is important.
