Hello, everyone.
4:35:15
It's my pleasure to meet you all today.
4:35:18
I'm representative, Ms.
4:35:20
Oksana.
4:35:21
I work with properties here in Manhattan and in Queens.
4:35:24
We staff hotels with various service employees.
4:35:26
In recent days, I learned of a major change of that said to be implemented in a near future that will immensely affect most, if not all of us here today.
4:35:37
One of the greatest advantage of the 3rd party agency is what we work closely, but the property and staff to provide excellent service to our clients and a great deal and support for the employees.
4:35:49
More than representative are poorly served and are advocated of the staff.
4:35:54
Our staff always commend us to being less than a phone call away.
4:35:59
We are either always on-site to assist or they have a capacity to contact us at any time or any day of the week.
4:36:09
With the cost of living here in New York City, my team and I respectfully have no interest in paying union dues.
4:36:16
We simply cannot afford to.
4:36:18
This will pose an additional unnecessary experience to us, taking money from our household for service we are already received from our agency and no additional calls.
4:36:30
Why fix assisting that is not broken?
4:36:33
Thank you all for listening.
