Hello.
4:29:45
Good afternoon.
4:29:47
My name is Bernard Gail.
4:29:50
I worked in the heart of the Times Square, and I've been listening to the pros and the cons of this whole meeting, and I wanna pose a question to the panel.
4:30:10
Right?
4:30:10
If we look at the word protection, the the the prefix is pro is pro.
4:30:18
So we're asking you to look at the pro's and the cons because you cannot tell me in the hotter Times Square or the heart of New York, the heart of Brooklyn, the heart of Manhattan, the heart of Queens that workers whether the nonunion, union, black, white, Chinese, gray, brown, doesn't need protection.
4:30:45
We're asking you to visualize the pros and the cons of this city.
4:30:51
And understand that we need protection for all workers, nonunion and union workers.
4:30:59
So we ask you to look at that prefix, pro, and be proactive and help us and not for me, I, but for we, all of us, protect us.
4:31:10
That's what we're asking.
4:31:12
Thank you.
4:31:13
I support the bill 991.
