2:53:43
Thank you for the opportunity for me to speak to I don't have a written statement because I'm saying this truthfully on my experience.
2:53:51
When I first came to this country in 2014 by my partner, I was assured that I was be I will be taken care of with my 2 kids.
2:54:00
6 months after, that did not happen.
2:54:03
So now I have to go in search of a job with no skills.
2:54:08
I was sent to a a outsourced company who take me in train me, and and I've been with this company for 10 years, and now I'm promoted to a a supervisor position, and sitting here today listening to most of these, my colleague's statements, and their experience, it all comes on to wanting the outsourced company because all of them were trained by the outsourced company.
2:54:36
They did not go to the hotel with without experience because the hotel is not gonna take you without experience.
2:54:43
The first question, do you have experience?
2:54:46
And if you don't have experience, they're not gonna employ you.
2:54:49
So it's all well down to the outsourced company who not not only trained us, but they paid us to be trained.
2:54:59
And been with this company for 10 year nor I am so happy with this company.
2:55:04
They had brought out things in me that I didn't know I have.
2:55:08
I'm doing schedule, which I didn't think I have the ability to do.
2:55:11
Now I'm doing it with such great employees, and I'm so grateful for that.
2:55:16
And I just thankful to come and speak on behalf of of my company, of my outsourced company, which trains hundreds of people Oops and send them out during the world.
2:55:28
So now they could be out.
2:55:30
They're talking about, oh, the company this and also its company that, but then they're not remembering the good things that the outsourced company has done for them which give them a skill.
2:55:42
Thank you very much.
