Jennifer DeCarli and Rima Rivera explain the availability and role of HRA liaisons at Family Justice Centers (FJCs):

      • One HRA liaison rotates among the five FJCs, spending one day a week at each
      • The liaison serves as an access point and coordinates with colleagues at job centers (now called 'backs')
      • HRA oversees non-residential services providers that rotate into FJCs
      • Domestic violence liaisons are present in every benefit access center (back center)
      • These liaisons provide counseling, assist with temporary waivers for PA requirements, and offer referrals to community-based assistance
