ACS provides and manages various family support services available to immigrant families, regardless of their immigration status.
- Prevention services are free, voluntary, and available throughout the five boroughs
- Some contracted prevention providers offer services on-site at DHS shelters and HERRCs
- ACS staff at the Roosevelt Hotel connect families to community-based resources
- Promise NYC is a child care assistance program for low-income families, including those with undocumented children

ACS's family supports.

We provide, manage, and fund a number of family supports, including prevention services, home making services, and childcare services.

Prevention services are free, typically voluntary and available throughout the 5 boroughs regardless of immigration status.

Since 2022, some of our contracted prevention providers have been offering their services on-site at both the DHS shelters and at the HERX to support newly arrived families.
