Regarding services for unaccompanied immigrant youth, Moi oversees a small portion of the city funded programs that provide free confidential and from immigration legal services, case management and information to New York City's immigrant youth These programs include the Moi immigration legal support centers, also known as Action NYC, the Haitian Response Initiative, the Rapid Response Legal Collaborative Dream Act application assistance, and the asylum seeker legal assistance network.

In fiscal 24, these Moyer programs provided services such as legal assistance and case management to more than 23,563 immigrant New Yorkers, an estimated 3000 of which were immigrant youth regardless of their family status.

There's a 34% increase over the total number of individuals served by Moyo Programs in fiscal 23 due largely to the city's $5,000,000 investment in the Assalance Legal Assistance Program, which itself provided immigration and legal health to more than 1000 newly arrived immigrant youth under 18 in fiscal 24.
