So a destitute miner and foster care would be treated like any other child and foster care And so there are children in youth and foster care who need help with their immigration status, who didn't come in as as destitute.

They may have come in as abused or neglected.

But for all of the young people, we work with the foster care agencies, They all have an immigration liaison.

They are trained repeatedly by my team about how to identify young people who need assistant immigration assistance at which point we work to refer them for legal assistance.

Destitute minors and all children foster care are then eligible for, you know, the full array of services we have for children youth in foster care.
