So you you explained that HPD received almost 6400 complaints regarding radiators in several categories, including air valve that was broken or missing radiator that was loose connected or missing, radiator that was cracked or leaking, the shutoff valve was broken, and that 1600 violations related to radiators were issued during this time in fiscal year 24.

It's primarily violations regarding either the air valves or steam that are emergency repair generating violations.

And as you know through the emergency repair process, we follow-up with phone calls to the property owner, to the tenant, we go out and we attempt to take a look at the condition and if necessary hire a contractor to do some repair work.

Most of our emergency repair conditions across the board are corrected by property owners.

And owners are required to fix those in the case of of radiators within 24 hours of notice.
