- Acknowledges the existence of larger, more dense dwellings in specific areas of her district
- Expresses concern about the potential for new multifamily buildings to be built in the middle of blocks currently dominated by 1 and 2 family homes

I just wanna make it clear that you're right.

We do have larger more density dwellings, but they are in specific areas of my district and not in on corners of 1 and 2 family homes or in the center plots, you know, where 3 where the plot can be bought or three plots can be bought, and a five story building be built in the middle of a 1 and 2 family home block.

So that's where it does change the fiber and the character of our community is because they would be able to build anywhere.

And that's that's not that's not something that people moved to the to the urban areas that are suburban like to live.

They did not they didn't buy there because they wanted to live with skyscraper's next store to them.
