And I just want to echo the thanks to the land use division and all the support that we've been getting to navigate this plan I will say that Queen's is not a monolith, and certainly my constituents think that this is a plan that, you know, does does some good, but also that more needs to be done.

I mean, I would even say that it sort of bites a little bit around the edges, and we wanna see more comprehensiveness to to attack the affordability crisis.

And I think there's an agreement that there is an affordability crisis, but the thing I wanna focus on in these questions is deep affordability.
