Thank you.

So just picking up where I left off with the EDUs, and then it kinda ties into the parking restrictions or getting rid of the parking restrictions, I should say.
5:33:21
So in areas like mine, we are transit desert.
5:33:24
I have no railways or subways.
5:33:26
People rely on cars.
5:33:27
And so even in districts like mine where you add a little bit here and there.
5:33:32
And I will say it's not just houses that are being converted legally or illegally, but it's also the fact that in one house and one single family home, we have a lot more generations living under one household too.
5:33:46
So you have multiple families now living in one home, which requires multiple cars, right, for different needs and purposes.
5:33:53
And so I I almost feel like, you know, are there are there ways because it seems like one thing is almost contradicting the other.
5:34:02
Right?
5:34:02
So if we're asking for more housing and more buildings, right?
