Hi, everyone.
4:22:35
Thank you so much.
4:22:35
Thanks for sticking with us for this long.
4:22:37
I know that between today and tomorrow, we're gonna have some marathon hearing.
4:22:41
I appreciate you all being here.
4:22:42
And I just wanted to especially thank chaireconomic for just all of the time you've given to us and also for addressing and always answering my questions and concerns about this whole plan.
4:22:53
And so I just wanna say thank you to you and your team for coming out to our neighborhoods and our districts and very much appreciated.
4:22:59
And I do wanna recognize that I understand that we are in the midst of a housing shortage, and I'm not blind to that.
4:23:05
And I don't think anyone is blind to that.
4:23:07
I think that's something that we all agree on, but it's just the question of how we're going to address this issue.
4:23:12
And I wanted to emphasize some of the same points that my colleagues have brought up, but go a little bit more nuanced and detailed in terms of the questions based on the conversations we've been having.
4:23:23
And I know you keep saying it's an open door, but sometimes want to think of it as maybe a Pandora's box and, you know, it's we're opening something that maybe can't be put back in.
4:23:31
And so I just want to address some of the maybe unintended consequences that happen, that could happen.
4:23:37
And I think And and even just the different opinions, I would say, across different council members, shows the diversity of all of our neighborhoods.
4:23:44
So I just wanna also emphasize that.
4:23:46
And I have 3 buckets of questions, one around ADUs, one around the parking mandates and then another one on the alert process just to clarify a couple questions.
