To start with, it is important that we recognize that the city and our communities are facing the housing crisis for the vast majority of our constituents finding an apartment or a house that is both large enough for their families and that they can afford is a real struggle.

Because of the housing shortage and ever increasing rents and sale prices, Many of our constituents have no option but to move out of the city.
